Sri Dharmashasta Temple is a temple located at Palakulangara, Ward 19 of Thaliparamba Municipality in Thaliparamba Taluk of Kannur District. Although there are no exact records available about when the temple was established, this temple in Perinchellor village has a lot of legendary significance.
